Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each piece is created and prepared with care, and I truly appreciate your trust in bringing my work into your space.

Returns

I offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition they were received—unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, the buyer is responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. I will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or commissioned artwork (see note below)

  • Commissions (Important)

All commissioned or custom artworks are created specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once the work has begun.

A clear concept and agreement will always be confirmed before starting your commission to ensure alignment and understanding.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
