Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing a piece of my artwork for your space. Each order is carefully prepared, and I’m truly grateful to be part of your home.

Processing Time

All artworks are carefully prepared and packaged within 2–3 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

Peak periods (including holidays): 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are provided as a guide. Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier and delays may occasionally occur. These timeframes apply to orders within Australia only. International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. I will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at hello@neharacreations.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and its packaging. I will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are outside of my control.
